Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how LocD Essentials processes, ships, and delivers your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to offer it in the future.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the USPS service selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery destination using current USPS rates. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase. We do not currently charge a flat shipping rate or offer free shipping over a set order amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shop@locdessentials.com with your order number so we can look into it with USPS. If a package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed in transit, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
